About Me
Michael Harden is a dedicated entrepreneur focused on addressing the socioeconomic challenges faced by many individuals and providing them with the proper resources and opportunities. With years of commitment to finding solutions for those in financial distress, he founded The Hardley Group, a holding company committed to fostering growth and opportunity.
Previously, Michael held the position of owner and CEO at PinnCap Financial, a successful debt acquisition company. His responsibilities included buying, selling, and placing debt with collection agencies, as well as operating his own collection agency. This experience allowed him to gain valuable insights into the debt acquisition industry.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During his time at Mizzou, he demonstrated his determination and skills as a walk-on player for the Missouri Tigers football team from 1999 to 2004. Afterwards, Michael signed on to the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad and participated in Super Bowl 40.
